Thailand's listings, together

Vurel is a listing data service for the Thai property market. Every night it reads public listings from 11 major Thai portals, around 2.2M listings mapped zone by zone across Thailand, for sale and for rent. A posted contact was present on ~64% (measured 13 Aug 2026) of listings. Vurel also keeps the history of what each listing has asked over time.

One search gives you the supply spread across every source, the contact its poster published where available, and the nightly asking- price history needed to compare a listing with its zone and its own earlier prices.

Thai property portals are built to show stock, not context. They show you what is for sale today, at the price the seller wants today, with no sense of whether that price is fair or whether it has already been dropped twice.

Vurel’s mission is to make Thailand’s fragmented listing market workable: every listing from the major portals in one search, the posted contact where one exists, and the full asking-price history behind each record. The same public facts, available to the buyer, the seller, and the agent.

People make money decisions on this data, so we hold ourselves to a few hard rules. We publish only what the data supports, and we are specific about the difference between what we measure and what we do not.

• Publish only what data supports

  No claim goes out unless the listings behind it back it up. If the data is thin, we say so rather than rounding up.

• Show sample sizes

  A zone figure built on a handful of listings is labelled as such. We do not dress up a small sample as a confident market read.

• Asking prices, not sold prices

  Everything we show is what a listing asked. We never present asking prices as transaction or registry prices.

• No invented contacts or credentials

  We show contacts only where a listing poster published one, and we make no claims about awards, certifications, or partnerships we do not hold.

Agents use Vurel to search across all 11 portals, work from posted contacts, check each listing's price history and delisted date, and manage follow-up in the CRM. Vurel does not post listings.

Sellers and owners use it to compare their asking price with other listings in the zone and see how those asks have changed.

Buyers use Vurel to check supply across all 11 portals, compare asking prices, and review a listing's history before they call.

Vurel's market reports and public pages are available in English and Thai. The product interface is currently English.
