Terms of service

Vurel is a market-intelligence tool. It shows asking prices posted publicly on Thai property portals and the history of how those asking prices changed. It is not sold-price data, not a valuation, and not financial or investment advice. The dataset is refreshed nightly, not in real time, and price history begins the first night we recorded a listing.

We show listings as the portals published them, including mistakes the advertiser made. Roughly two in three listings carry a posted contact. We work hard to keep the data faithful to its source, but we cannot guarantee any listing is still available, correctly priced, or reachable. Verify before you act on it.

The free trial lasts 3 days and gives access to the full dataset. After it ends you pay for a plan or stop using the product; there is no auto-charge without an explicit subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

One account per person, seats per plan. Do not resell, scrape, or bulk-export the dataset, and do not use posted contacts for spam or any purpose that breaks Thai law. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or the people whose listings appear in it.
