Vurel puts 2.2M public listings from 11 Thai property portals into one nationwide search. It shows the posted contact where available and the full history of each listing’s asking price. It is not sold-price data, not a valuation, and not financial or investment advice. The dataset is refreshed nightly, not in real time, and price history begins the first night we recorded a listing.

We show listings as the portals published them, including mistakes the advertiser made. ~64% (measured 13 Aug 2026) of listings carried a posted contact. We work hard to keep the data faithful to its source, but we cannot guarantee any listing is still available, correctly priced, or reachable. Verify before you act on it.

Three days free, every listing, no card. During the trial a workspace can reveal contacts on up to 10 listings, and reopening one it already revealed is free. CSV export unlocks when you subscribe. After the trial, you can choose a paid plan or stop using the product. Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Pay by card. One account per person, seats per plan. Do not resell, scrape, or bulk-export the dataset, and do not use posted contacts for spam or any purpose that breaks Thai law. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or the people whose listings appear in it.
