Privacy policy

If you create an account: your email address, your login activity, and the searches, watchlists, and leads you save inside the product. That data exists so the product works for you, and for nothing else.

On the public site we run self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (page views, referrers, country). No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no data sold or shared with ad networks. Ever.

We also use browser fingerprinting to prevent free-trial abuse and to measure returning visits. The identifier is derived from browser characteristics, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.

Vurel reads publicly posted property listings from 11 major Thai portals across Thailand each night and keeps the asking-price history those portals discard. Contact details shown in the product are the ones the listing poster published, shown exactly as published. We do not collect private information about sellers, and we remove contact rows on request from the person they belong to: email [email protected].

If you subscribe, payment is handled by a payment processor; we never see or store your card number. We keep records of what plan you are on and your invoice history.
