What we collect from you
If you create an account: your email address, your login activity, and the searches, watchlists, and leads you save inside the product. That data exists so the product works for you, and for nothing else.
On the public site we run self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (page views, referrers, country). No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no data sold or shared with ad networks. Ever.

Where the listing data comes from
Vurel reads publicly posted property listings from major Thai portals each night and keeps the asking-price history those portals discard. Contact details shown in the product are the ones the advertiser chose to publish on a public listing, shown exactly as published. We do not collect private information about sellers, and we remove contact rows on request from the person they belong to: email hello@vurel.io.

Payments
If you subscribe, payment is handled by a payment processor; we never see or store your card number. We keep records of what plan you are on and your invoice history.

Deletion and contact
